Production machine programming, fixture designing and shop floor support.

History: After being part of a reduction on the previous company I started with Lawrence Factor in a two car garage basically something to do until a new offer came, but after 4 weeks the owner decided with my experience he wanted to take this company and grow. Which we have done, purchasing three large facilities and investing in the development of breathing air filters. As of today over 2000 different types of cartridges with a formula for each. With the growth of products and using my past skills a machine shop was added and now a complete CNC operation. All machine purchases and programming and operating of the shop fell under engineering. There was also the addition of a laboratory and microbial to add additional services for the customers. The idea came up lets be a one stop shop. So everything from the compressors that pumped 6000 psi to the final analysis of the quality of air from the systems. From there was an introduction of a portable laboratory in 2003 we developed a fully portable system. We developed a new systems for 24 hour, 365 day monitoring, highly sophisticated portable, and a larger presents for the microbial market.

Didde / Webtron 1977 to 1995

History: Webtron was under the ownership of general binding when I start with the company as the manufacturing engineer, in this position I programmed machines, designed fixtures and tooling.
As time progressed I became the industrial engineer and final into the mechanical, electrical engineering. Didde Web Presses from Emporia Kansas purchased Webtron and the following year we were brought into the Didde system. Over the following years the CEO of Didde had brought me into the corporate level I worked on company acquisitions bring additional companies into the Didde umbrella. In 1993 the founder had decided to retire and turn his company over to his son David.
The CEO at that time who I was working under could not find a common ground with the son and was asked to leave. As the company began to fall apart David was looking to decrease operational spending and during that time I was laid off, the severance package covered me for the following two years so they did take care of me.
